Responsibilities:

• Work with Operations Leaders and recruiting team on recruiting initiatives.

• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

• Schedule and conduct prescreening interviews.

• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

• Prepare regular updates to Operations Leaders/Recruiting Team with candidate tracking updates and determine effectiveness of recruiting plans.Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.Develop and maintain pool of qualified candidates.Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.Utilize the Internet for recruitmentPost positions to appropriate Internet sourcesResearch new recruiting strategiesUse social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidatesCommunicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.Manage the use of external recruiters and headhunters.Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees, coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives, administrative duties and record keeping.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Other duties as assigned
