• Collaborate with clients to understand their messaging, target audience, and content goals.

• Stay updated on current events and industry trends to inform video topics and narratives.

• Ensure all content adheres to ethical journalism standards and company guidelines.

• Work closely with the video production team to ensure alignment between script and final output.

• Demonstrate strong writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under tight deadlines. Familiarity with video production processes is a plus. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large team of as many as 100-200 video creators, reviewers, and journalists, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

• Oversee end-to-end video production, ensuring content meets quality standards and deadlines, as well as optimize output for video syndication monetization.

• Serve as the primary client contact, translating their needs into actionable content plans and managing feedback.

• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency and reduce production time.

• Ensure all content aligns with Rizzle’s standards and client expectations, addressing any quality issues promptly.

Education Requirements:

• BS or BA degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 1-2 year of project management experience in a metric-driven setting working in a production, operation, or call center environment is desired. Alternatively, experience in marketing or communication

Other Requirements:

• Experience with stakeholder management in a project-based environment

• Demonstrated efficient time management and organizational skills

• Proficient and experienced in using Excel (create basic formulas, pivot tables, create reports)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ideally, some experience using Salesforce.

• Commitment to quality (being able to follow processes and contribute to their improvements)

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based data solutions

• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data pipeline design

• Familiarity with data governance and regulatory standards

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams
