Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in growth and/or product marketing, with a strong focus on using marketing automation tools to enhance user engagement

Other Requirements:

• Expertise with Hubspot for designing complex automations and generating sophisticated reports

• Deep understanding of the current state of AI in the SaaS marketing, including prompt management and creation, messaging AI to a broad audience and developing understandable marketing content around AI solutions

• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and its ecosystem of third-party integrations, or strong willingness to learn and get certified

• Expert writing skills in English, essential for maintaining and enhancing our product Help Center

• Business proficiency in German and/or French is a significant plus

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform strategic growth decisions

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively across diverse teams

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine the user journey

• Coordinate product managers, marketing and UX designers, developers to drive Go To Market strategies for Decisions complete line of meeting management solutions, including our AI-led initiatives

• Develop and manage the product Help Center, ensuring content is up-to-date, comprehensive, and well-written

• Implement innovative product-led growth campaigns using email, bot messaging, paid media, and beyond to enhance user adoption

• Craft and optimize compelling product messaging and positioning in collaboration with the product team to resonate with our target audience
