Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role
Other Requirements:
Strong understanding of Office 365 applications, services, and features
Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience implementing security measures within Office 365
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration is a plus
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Manage and administer Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other associated tools

Facilitate the seamless integration and adoption of collaboration tools like Teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the organization

Effective communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Design and develop custom solutions within the Office 365 environment, leveraging tools such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Office SDK

Create, configure, and manage Exchange servers on-premises and in Azure
